Welcome! My first post and I have no idea what to write. I feel like an idiot talking to myself, but I guess I should just pretend that I have an audience eager to read every word I type. 😉
I started this blog because the few book blogs that I follow just look like so much fun! I enjoy writing my reviews on GoodReads, I like talking about books, and I really want to participate more fully in memes and contests.
I found The Story Siren’s blog advice to be infinitely helpful. The Cutest Blog on the Block had a lot of useful tips also.

Thanks for the encouragement! I think I started following April's blog and yours, and I thought what you guys were doing looked like fun, so here I am!
Ha! This is like mine, where I said something along the lines of "I'll just be talking to myself for a little while" — and then I promptly stopped blogging for a good month before I convinced myself to stick with it.
But it is fun, so stick with it!
