It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey.
We did go out of town for my birthday, so I was AWOL last week. And I really do mean last week. I only got one post up! Let’s call it my summer vacation, even though I was just gone for a long weekend. Over the past two weeks I’ve
The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger Born by Stephen King, Peter David, et al.
Twice Upon a Marigold by Jean Ferris
Sabriel by Garth Nix
I also wrote tiny reviews of The Phantom of Pemberley by Regina Jeffers and Wench by Dolen Perkins-Valdez, read by Robynne Young
Neil Gaiman & Charles Vess’ Stardust
Labyrinth by Kate Mosse
Fool Moon by Jim Butcher
Major Pettigrew’s Last Stand by Helen Simonson, read by Peter Altschuler
The Innocents Abroad by Mark Twain
The Invisible Ring by Anne Bishop is due back at the library in a couple of days, so I’ll be starting it. I also need to work on reviews for Banned Books Week, so I’ll be thinking about one of those, possibly Bastard Out of Carolina by Dorothy Allison.
What are you reading this week?

That's the only version of Stardust I haven't read yet. I hope you liked Labyrinth more than I did.
The wackiest book I'm reading this week is Bagelmania. Please come see what else I'm reading.
I really liked Major Pettigrew. Hope you do, too!

What a great combination of books! Major Pettigrew's Last Stand keeps popping up….I'm thinking maybe I better put him on my list.
Here's my Monday: myreadersblock.blogspot.com/2011/07/its-monday-what-are-you-reading_25.html
Interesting range of books. I loved Sabriel and Stardust. I wasn't a fan of Labyrinth. It very much disappointed me. I should really read more Mark Twain.
Kate Mosse's book is still on my TBR shelf. Been there a long time. The size puts me off.
I am reading The Very Thought of You – Rosie Alison
have a great week

I have Labyrinth on my book shelf, it was an impulse buy at a book sale. But I haven't had time to read it yet.
