I should have started this meme, hosted by J. Kaye, last week, when I read so many books while the power was out. This week I’ve been trying to catch up with blog stuff and on GoodReads, and then there was Christmas, so I haven’t gotten much read.
Finished:
Madapple by Christina Meldrum (review up tonight, hopefully)
The Bright Forever by Lee Martin
Upcoming:
Under the Dome by Stephen King–if I can wake up in time to get to the library before they close. What can I say? I’m a night-shifter.
What are you reading?

J. Kaye, my little library is open from 10-6 most days. I guess that works for most people, but not really for me. Luckily I only work 3 12-hour shifts, so I have time to get by there on my days off.
Thanks for all the well-wishes with Stephen King! This book is a beast! I've only read a few pages, but it's off to an intriguing start!
I should have posted this blog link: Reading Stephen King may be hazardous to your health.
Katrina, if you pick up Wildwood Dancing, I hope you like it! I loved it!
Thanks, Joy! Happy New Year to you too!
I hope you've been doing wrist strengthening exercises if you're going to pick up Under the Dome. LOL!
I look forward to hear more about Under the Dome. I've always had a love/hate relationship with Stephen King's books. Some are wonderful, and some I considered a waste of time.
Mine is here
Ruth, I'm a little nervous about Under the Dome! Have you seen it? It's gigantic! Wish me luck with it!
Nina, Madapple was…different. I've been avoiding that review because I'm not really sure what to say about it! No more slacking though! I've got to get it up tonight!
oh…i wonder if Madapple is any good. I have that one on my tbr list 🙂 I need to read your review.
I love Stephen King. I would love to read that one. Hope you have a great reading week and a Happy New Year!
