Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl invited us to share ten books with questions in the title this week. I knew this would be difficult but I didn’t realize exactly how difficult! I tried to choose books that I’ve either read or want to read. Do I just dislike question marks in titles or was this prompt hard for everyone?
Seriously Mum, What’s an Alpaca? – An Adventure in the Frying Pan of Spain by Alan Parks
Whose Body? by Dorothy L. Sayers
Isn’t It Romantic?: An Entertainment by Ron Hansen
Over What Hill?: (Notes from the Pasture) by Effie Leland Wilder
I Can Has Cheezburger?: A LOLcat Colleckshun by Professor Happycat
N or M? by Agatha Christie
Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea by Chelsea Handler
They Shoot Canoes, Don’t They? by Patrick F. McManus
How Long ’til Black Future Month? by N. K. Jemisin
Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs? And Other Questions abut Dead Bodies by Caitlin Doughty
That’s my list! Have you read any of these? Which books did/would you choose? Link up every Tuesday at That Artsy Reader Girl!

There seem to be lots of children’s books with questions in the title. There’s something about a title with a question in it that leads me to want to pick it up and read it, I think.
Love the Jemisin one! And Doughty’s book has been on my TBR for a while now. 🙂
I would have failed at this meme. I glanced at my bookcase and didn’t see a single book with a question in the title!
It was so hard for me! I had no books I’d read and only one on my TBR that fit, so I changed the topic.

Sorry, wrong link, this is the right one for this week’s post: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2021/07/13/top-ten-tuesday-324/
The title: How Long ’til Black Future Month? by N. K. Jemisin is really interesting Goodreads is down so I can’t check out the synopsis, but I will put it on my TBR list anyways! – Sash @ My Book Jar
Love the old time cover for Whose Body? (and really, what a direct title!) and my favorite title on your list is Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs?
I know right off the bat I’d love Seriously Mum, What’s an Alpaca?, I Can Has Cheezburger?, and Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs? because I love Alpacas and cats.
It was hard! I think a lot of fiction has short titles without questions. My list is here: https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2021/07/top-ten-tuesday-book-titles-that-are.html
Great collection of titles. I think I need to add N or M? to my TBR.

OVER WHAT HILL? is a great title! Made me laugh. I didn’t do this topic because I literally could only think of one book with a title that is a question and I just didn’t feel like Googling more. I’m lazy that way 🙂
Happy TTT!

I actually enjoyed this topic! I’ve been planning on doing it ever since the “complete sentence” prompt, so I already had a list started. 🙂
My kids were obsessed with I Can Has Cheezeburger–the site, the books, we loved it all. Good post.
I also have N or M and was wondering about Are you there Vodka? The cat and the eyeballs…. What a title and do I actually want to know the answer!
Happy TTT Jen!
Elza Reads 10 questionable book titles
Are You There Vodka, It’s Me Chelsea? is one I’ve been wanting to read. It seems like it would be hilarious.
I haven’t heard of any of these, but a few of them made me laugh. Especially the Are you the Vodka one!

I haven’t read any of these titles though I’ve picked up the Patrick McMannus book and have heard it is funny. My TTT Question Titles
Oh I like these. I struggled with this one, almost went rogue, and then just skipped it altogether… 🙂
That alpaca title is adorable!
