It’s time to sign up for my Nonfiction Reading Challenge again!
The Challenge: Read any non-fiction book(s), adult or young adult. That’s it. You can choose anything. Memoirs? Yes. History? Yes. Travel? Yes. You get the idea? Absolutely anything that is classified as non-fiction counts for this challenge.
I always like levels in my challenges, so here are mine:
Dilettante–Read 1-5 non-fiction books
Explorer–Read 6-10
Seeker–Read 11-15
Master–Read 16-20
This challenge will last from January 1 to December 31, 2015. You can sign up anytime throughout the year.
I am not limiting the challenge to bloggers. You can also link to a review you wrote on another site, such as GoodReads or LibraryThing.
Crossovers with other challenges are acceptable, and feel free to read your books in any format you like.
I’m signing up at the Seeker level.
I’ll have a separate post with a linky for reviews. I’ll keep a permanent link to both posts in my sidebar. That will be easier to keep track of which links are reviews and which are sign up posts.
Use Mr. Linky to sign up below. I hope you’ll join me!

I'm almost done with this one for the year. Will you be doing it next year, along with the Southern Reading one? I'll definitely be in again. And if you do the Books in Translation one also, I think I'd like to try that one next year as well. And I wanted to let you know I'm jumping into the world of hosting a challenge next year. Please take a look and let me know if you are interested:

Hi Jen, I have a Library Thing account but am not sure what my link is. I am so inept with these things! Can you tell me where to find it? Or just use this comment as my sign up. Thanks so much!
Thanks for hosting this nonfiction challenge. I hope it keeps me reading nonfiction well beyond my goal!!
Thanks for hosting this. I heard of it through Angel. I'm in at the Seeker level. I also see I completely screwed up my link. Hopefully it can be corrected. I'll have my post up momentarily. ::sigh::
Thank you for hosting again. I did it last year, so naturally I had to come back. Looking forward to seeing what other folks read, maybe pick up some new ideas for things to read in the future. Happy reading!
Best, and keep on blogging.
I'm a nonfiction addict so I'm obviously going for the master level. However, I see it as more of a challenge to review every book I read and get my blog going again than to actually read the books.
I'm aiming for the Seeker level as well. Thanks for hosting again.
Hi, I'm Debbie, and I'm planning on reading twelve books.

I just left a comment but I'm not sure if it went through. Let me try again. Thanks so much for hosting this challenge, Jen! I was going to challenge myself to read 24 non-fiction books this year, and I did it last year too, but it was really lonely. I'm excited to be doing this with other readers this year! =) Haze @ Haze in a Happy Daze
Thanks for hosting! I've been trying to read more nonfiction. 🙂
Yup I'm in have to sort them out and write join up post so may not start until next week:) will start low and then maybe up to next level later in the year if that's allowed
I have a lot of non-fiction on my shelf so I'm branching out this year!
You and me both!
I'm in for this challenge–non-fiction is my favorite genre–going for 20 titles……
I'm hoping this helps encourage me to read more nonfiction books.
I'm back for another try at this. Thanks so much for hosting again!
I'm in again, love this challenge!
This challenge looks both challenging and fun for me! Thanks!
I'm so excited. I'm going for the Master level (20 books) since nonfiction makes up the majority of my TBR pile anyway. Thanks for hosting.
Thanks for giving me the kick in the butt to get back to nonfiction!
Jen: I would love to do this challenge. I think I will start with explorer level 6-10 to start. I don't have a blog but do have a Good Reads account. I live in Winterville, NC near ECU and am an at-home medical transcriptionist. I often say that my work schedule severely interferes with my reading time! Thanks for hosting./bj
I'm in!
Thanks for once again hosting!!!
I'm signing up for the Master level. I read 42 this year so I think 16-20 is doable.
Count me in. I am taking a shot at the "Master" level for 2015
Thanks for hosting again. Looking forward to this one.
